If you have not noticed, the title of this blog has changed. The purpose of this blog remains the same! Just a title change.
So why change the title you ask. Well, here is why.
On January 3, 2013, I received an email that someone actually had a Trademark on the words “Accidental Administrator”.
At first, I was somewhat shocked. I knew you could put a Trademark on a company name, but it never dawned on me that the words “Accidental Administrator” would be under a Trademark. Should I have looked, of course I should have. Did I, ah, that would be no.
However, they were very nice about the whole thing, and I did go to their website; and I must admit, I was very impressed with what they were doing.
They have an entire series of books for the training of IT Professionals. Go check it out sometime, they do a really good job.
I would put the link to their site in this post but as I do not have their permission to do so, and I am not sure it they would want their name in this post, you will have to search for it yourself. Alternatively, if they read this post, they can either comment and leave a link there, or email me and I will update this post with a link to their site if they so desire.
Additionally, if you think about it the new name actually does fit this blog better.
Now, what do you have to do? Well actually nothing, besides keep following my blog. 
I worked with a very nice person at Microsoft to assist me in get the title changed, searching all of my old post, correcting them, and making sure that everything still worked from your side.
So here’s to a new year and a new blog title.
