Earlier this year, Gorilla Expense unveiled a new solution that will make P-card reconciliation for Dynamics GP or NAV a breeze. This solution is part of our new ‘Spend Management Platform’ that will provide greater visibility to decision makers like CFOs, Controllers and Accounts Payable departments.
How does it work?
The P-card reconciliation solution automates and integrates the expense data into Dynamics ERP. Initially the expenses are imported into the application from the P-card statement. Once that is done, the application can be configured to automatically allocate account codes and also associate company, department, and other cost center codes to these expenses. The AP manager can then ‘drag n drop’ the expenses into a batch and send it through for approval to higher levels as needed.
Once approved, with a click of a button, the P-card data can be posted into Dynamics GP or NAV! The standard integration is into Payables as an invoice where the expense data is posted against the respective P-card’s vendor ID/vendor number.
The solution works with American Express, MasterCard and VISA P-cards.
