We have had a couple of instances where SL 2011x will hang when attempting to keep AP checks or when attempting to print the GL Edit report using the print icon in the Journal Transactions screen. The Symantec anti-virus appears to be the culprit.
In one instance it seems upgrading to the latest Symantec Endpoint Protection version fixed the issue. It appears there is a version that doesn’t play well with SL and putting the latest AV definition on this version does not work—it takes upgrading to the latest release of Symantec.
