On 1/31/2013 at approximately 7:45 AM PST, an issue in one of Microsoft's datacenters caused some CRM Online organizations to be inaccessible. The problem affected less than 5% of CRM Online organizations served from American datacenters. Microsoft engineers took swift action to resolve the issue following monitoring alerting. The issue was successfully fixed on 1/31/2013 at 8:45 AM PST. A complete post-incident report will be available within five business days.
