Investigating | North America | Some CRM customers experiencing slowness and performance issues using CRM Online

Issue:
Some customers in the North America region are reporting slowness and performance issues logging into or using their CRM online system. 

Update:
January 24th  2013 3:30 AM PST
 
Mitigation has been tested and implemented across North America. We are now seeing an appreciable reduction in queued up requests on the servers, which has been causing performance degradation.

We will continue to monitor the situation in NAM.

At the same time we are closely watching the utilization in APAC and EMEA, with tested mitigation procedures in place, if there was a need to implement them.

Investigations continue to determine a fix and a plan for releasing the fix worldwide.
